Yep, we're talking Brownies. Chocolatey. Dangerously delicious. And ooey, they're gooey. But not only that, with our all-natural, gluten-free and vegan-friendly ingredients, you’ll now have to try even harder not to eat the whole batch in one sitting. Been there. Done that. Got crumbs down the t-shirt.
How to Make
For 12 brownies
75g melted unsalted butter
Make it Vegan
75g veg spread or veg oil
20g agave nectar
1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Line a baking tin with baking paper and grease with butter or vegetable oil
2. In a large bowl, whisk the butter (or veg oil), water and your liquid sweetener.
3. Add your brownie mix to the wet mixture
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake for 14-16 minutes. Top tip: for fudgy brownies, remove from the oven after 14 minutes! Once ready, cool on a wire rack (put the kettle on while you wait), then cut into 12 pieces and decide who deserves to share them with you.
